or artists that started from the internet and spread their music by media sharing sites? they wouldn’t have a big fanbase as they do because they gave out their music for free. Without those sharing sites, it wouldn’t be possible to distribute their music. And for the well known artists, it doesn’t hurt them. They’re rich as is. People may not pay for their music, but they’ll go see one of their shows.

Something that’s suppose to be “illegal” seems to make more impact to that industry way more than it hurts it. If people like it, they’ll buy it. It just has to be something worth spending their money on.

I’m just saying.
